I’m Joel Chandler. Since 2008, I’ve reviewed every edition of the Sunshine Manual, the most authoritative guide to Florida’s open government laws. This year, I’ve turned that annual review into a podcast I can listen to while I ride… and now you can too.

In this introductory episode, I’ll explain the purpose behind the project, how it’s produced using artificial intelligence—including a voice clone of me—and why the Sunshine Manual remains essential for anyone concerned with transparency, accountability, and public access to records and meetings in Florida.
