    • + Strategy (How to affect positive change, leverage assets, etc )
    • - We have taken an OKR approach thus far, the Key Results are ongoing topics of discussion
    • - Three-month cohorts to avoid time and effort over-commit per participant
    • - Mandatory attendance to avoid time and effort under-commit (consensus scheduling)


      • What is the Downtown Project Retrospective?

      • - A look back at the Downtown Project located in and around Downtown Las Vegas
      • - What worked, what did not work?
      • - Listen to people who were participating and observing back then
      • - Planning to take all of 2023, maybe longer
      • - Survey style, open-ended timeline, to encourage participation


        • What is an Ecosystem?

        • - Very similar to a biological ecosystem in nature (ie Ecology)
        • - Consists of all the people, resources, and the physical environment with which they interact.
        • - It is difficult to build an ecosystem, it may be more difficult to change an ecosystem
        • + Las Vegas is a desert ecosystem with changes to enable comfortable living, movement
        • + Las Vegas is a destination city with a strong tourism and hospitality base economy
        • - One theory, changing our entrepreneurial ecosystem for a different focus may have a negative impact on the ecosystem as it is. Changing our Climax Community is no trivial undertaking.
