The first episode started the podcast under its origin name, the F<3K Su|C|De Podcast where host, Joey O'Dell, talks about his story, growing up without a Dad, his battles through Depression, his Suicide attempt and how his life is now.

Joey is a Public Speaker, Coach and former Traveller. "It's been my passion for many years to help people through all aspects of Mental Health, and when the idea around a podcast came to play, I jumped at the chance to have conversations with people from all over the world sharing their stories around their journey's throughout life". 

We have finally got a name that is fantastically fitting for what we are trying to do here, so we are re-releasing all of the episodes done under the few different names we have tried over the years.
