<p>On January 28, 2011, at approximately 10:51 AM, officers responded to the parking lot of 7319 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie for a shooting.  Upon arrival, officers located the victim, Myra Elizabeth Cason, inside her 1994 Suzuki Sidekick with gunshot wounds to her upper body. Ms. Cason was 63 years old and a retired Anne Arundel County School Teacher.</p>
