This week we handed the reigns to our resident dimwit, James. Although he may not know much about independent craft beers and coffee, he has been inspired to learn more, by taking home sample coffee's and tasting guest beers at our communal workspace. With his academic background in biology and environmental conservation, he was interested in finding out what kinds of beers and coffees offered sustainable/ethical options, and whether they can still offer a great taste. Experimenting with online delivery services, a couple of eye catching numbers were chucked in the basket to give us a bit of variety and a post credit beer!
