This week, I sit down with my good friend Cori Cope. She is a power house runner. She has completed 2 half marathons, 6 marathons (including Boston). She's been a running coach for 4 years and recently just launched a nutrition company.
She has an amazing story of how she was told she wouldn't be able to walk, but she is DESTROYING the marathon circuit.
