This segment is called Reading between the Lines where we discuss a book that we read recently and also make a few book suggestions for our Muslim community. In this episode, we discuss The End is Always Near by author and podcaster Dan Carlin. Dan Carlin started his career in the radio broadcast industry and has since moved into the world of podcasting, producing incredible history podcasts such as Hardcore History & various albums including Supernova in the East.

The End is Always Near is a historical nonfiction book looking at instances in human history where a society perceived its near end - including the Black Death (bubonic plague) of the mid 1300s & the start of the atomic age with the development of nuclear arsenals by both the United States & then Soviet Union.
