Now that Spring is into full gear, we thought it would be appropriate to dive into Belgian Style White Ales (Witbiers). We examine what they are supposed to be according to style guidelines, how they are brewed and then we taste three examples: Sam Adams Cold Snap, Black Hat White Ale and Allagash White.
