Building lasting relationships is KEY in all areas of your life. Not only from a career/opportunity standpoint, but to simply enjoy a better quality of life with the amazing people you've developed connections with. 

Throughout my time within the hospitality industry and through a decade of playing sports - I've been able to develop a key structure for you to apply to begin connecting closer with the people you meet. 



You need to S.I.N. 



     - Sincerity. 

Be sincere with you questions and your compliments. As humans - we are quite intuitive. People are able to read through any false image behind your tonality. 

     - Interested.

Be genuinely interest in people's ideas and opinions! (I'm not saying you have to agree with someones point of view 100% of the time). People appreciate when someone listens and ask great questions regarding their stand on topics and ideas. Are you truly listening to people, or simply waiting to speak?

     - Need.

People have a NEED to be heard! Think of it in your point of view - doesn't it feel nice when people ask follow up questions and seem to be truly interested in your ideas? It feels great when people take the few seconds and actually listen to us when we have something to say. 


This has been the key structure in building amazing relationships with all of the people I've come into contact with. My intention with this structure is to help you develop, or even re-kindle the connections you have or had with people.
