Does anyone know where valentines day originated from? When exactly did this 14th day of February become the sole day that lovers are told to appreciate each other. Millions of men and women across the U.S. are putting down their daily norms, renewing their vows and or just simply making love all in the name of valentines day. Its not too hard to see why people fall in the trap. While much of the pressure lies on the man to be able to one-up himself from last year.

A woman, at least a good woman wants more than a valentine's day parade. You profess your love to her today and the other 364 days out of the year you act like a turd. So—- not only are retail outlets scamming the men for a few extra bucks till the next holiday comes around. But the man is scamming the woman with his so-called good intentions. Hey, there is absolutely nothing wrong with showing your lady or man some love on valentines day while going the extra mile. My only beef with this holiday is the fact that if you are going to be Mr and Mrs Lovey Dubby today have that same energy tomorrow and the next day and the following day throughout the year.
