It's a frustrating experience when someone always seems to find the most opportune time to point out your flaws, sometimes publicly.

It's out of your control, and there just doesn't seem to be much that you can do.

Someone who is above you, on a path with different types of problems and success - will never talk down to someone below them.

On the contrary, it always seems to be the people that point out your flaws are the ones that are below you.
