Lance has forty five years of ministry experience.  For fifteen years he served as the Regional Director of FEB Central where he oversaw all regional ministries and staff and was able to help churches fulfill their calling. Currently he remains active by mentoring young men in ministry, consulting with churches and more! On this episode, we chat about how to maintain a purposeful life.

  • It's one thing to be intentional and have it in writing but another to implement it

    • Find a strategy for how you will do that
  • Emails, Zoom, phone calls
  • Think of different ways to reach out and adapt to what's going on

    • Be quiet before the Lord and wait for him
  • Wait for God's hand, be patient
  • Trust in Him

    • 2 Timothy 1:12 (NLT) "...But I am not ashamed of it, and I am sure that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until the day of his return."

    • Leaders will say the number one asset in a church is volunteers
  • Volunteers will say the number one asset in a church are leaders
  • Deep respect for others
  • Stay faithful and keep doing what God has equipped you for
  • Be intentional
  • Stay Passionate
