What comments or questions do you have? I'd love to hear from you. Send me a message!
We're human - you and I will naturally want to put off our to-do list.
I was sitting on my Sunday afternoon, sitting anxiously at the thought of what to work on or how to relax in my given hours.
I decided to make the small effort of opening up my laptop and document to work on my project that's very early in the works.
I then got lost in two and-a-half hours of thought and vision.
I use a physics analogy to best explain this principle of Harnessing Momentum.
Think of a perfect wooden cube, sitting on an inclined ramp. Just enough friction is present to keep the cube from sliding down the inclined surface.
Give the cube a slight tap - you'll notice that it seems to slide down the incline with ease, and no effort required after.
Give a small amount of effort into the task that you've been putting off - and you'll come to find that the rest of the tiny steps required after to keep going become incrementally easier.
Because you got the difficult part out of the way - you gave the cube a slight push.
You gave yourself the slight push to start that task.
You'll find your efforts work this way.
