Taking on any large goal in your life, you'll face hardship.

This episode dives into a realization I've come to after a drive back from my agency's Edmonton Convention with one of our teammates.

We were discussing, freely,

"Why are we here pushing through all of the challenges?"
"What is it that I'm actually grinding away so many hours, for?"
"What is my purpose?"

Then,

It clicked.

I reconnected with my purpose.


I've always wanted to feel like I'm making an impact on other people. Not from a selfish point of view, but to actually help them progress from point A to B and THEN see their gratitude and appreciation for me having helped them get there.

I found this out about myself in the restaurant industry. The fulfilling part of my job was to take someone new, connect and get to know them, then put them on a path to get them to where they wanted to be within the restaurant (server, bartender, manager etc.)

My passion is building people up.

This is my purpose and REASON for pushing through so much hardship.

My talents and true passion lay in the opportunity to make an impact on people. 

This is why I'm taking my message full scale.
