Set your goal so large,
So distinct,
So intimidating,
That you'll get that "sly" smirk from other people.
You may not believe, yourself, that you'll hit your goal. By the time you've reached the time horizon you've set for yourself and your projection, you may not have hit it, but you'll definitely be much closer than had you not set the bar so high.
I use the example in the episode,
If you set a goal to lose ten pounds within thirty days, you may not lose the ten (but, if you do, GREAT. It'll be a worthwhile feeling), otherwise you've lost atleast six or seven.
On the other hand, if you made it a goal to lose five pounds over the same time period, you'll probably lose three.
Over-set your own expectations. Watch how far you'll be able to make it.
