Arnold Ip is the founder of Altus, is Chairman and a Partner of the Altus Group. Arnold  has over 30 years of experience in the corporate finance and asset management fields. His extensive repertoire covers capital raising, private equity, REIT management, mergers and acquisitions (public and private), initial public offerings and secondary offering.

He was also a founding member of the management team of several private
equity funds as well as Saizen REIT, a real estate investment trust previously listed in Singapore. Prior to establishing Altus, Arnold has worked at Standard Chartered Asia Limited and Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
