Today’s conversation is with William Tackett. He is a one of the top talents in the world of jiujitsu and some of his achievements include: Getting second place at the 2019 ADCC West Coast Trials, he’s an IBJJF No Gi world champion and he’s won multiple super fights across different promotions.

We talk a lot about his training regime and about his mindset around competing.
