My name is Tia Bailey, I am a young entrepreneur who started out as a nobody and busted my butt to be one of the top leaders in my industry. I started my short term rental business at 26 (while working and going to college taking 20+ credits per quarter) and have not only made every mistake under the sun, but also have had unprecedented success. I started my business with the heart and mind of helping others, of partnering with homeowners to help them generate more income for their rentals & also to save myself from having to go the rental arbitrage route. I am currently managing 75+ rentals across 3 states and either own or are part owner in 4 separate short term rental companies. As I grow, I also set aside time to train others who want to get into this industry to make sure they are starting off on the right foot! I take all the lessons I have learned (and continue to learn) and pass that on to new entrepreneurs. My focus is on giving back & helping others.
