Mike got a chance to have a great conversation with Ellie and Lucy, 8th graders from Duncan Middle School.  They are both in the "Emerging Leader" program at DMS.

It was great to get their perspective about what they think about what they think about.

I especially liked the advice they gave to middle schoolers towards the end of the conversation.
