How many times have we heard the phrase: never let them see you sweat? If I'm honest with you, which I am, that is the absolutely dumbest thing I've ever heard. What does it matter if they see you sweat? Your sweat is a symbol of your hard work, your effort, your energy.

In the first episode of a new segment called Wednesday Wisdom or Wisdom Wednesday (I haven't decided what I want to call it) I'm talking about expressing your feelings. It is dangerous and a disservice when you don't.
