Joe Kou overcame a lifetime of resentment and anger and pulled himself out of a suicidal depression when he realized that that within everyone there is a Hero who is ready and able to rise to the occasion, no matter how lost we get in life. Now, his job is to get people in touch with that hero.
He has worked with former substance addicts, survivors of early childhood abuse, chronic people-pleasers, high-performance burnouts, and people who have lost touch with meaning, value, and purpose and are living lives of quiet desperation or resentment.
