Three great friends from a Crossfit gym in rural Dorset are trying to break the stigma around mental health by talking about the ups and downs of life. The idea of this podcast came off of the back of Adam and Adam's idea to set up a not-for-profit clothing brand, The Brave and Determined Company (BaD Co). All profits from the company are given to charity to support others on their own mental health journeys. We just want to break the stigma around mental health.
