What is Mangata?

You might have witnessed it at least once on a late night trip, or have seen small and quick shots of it in movies. Maybe you might have caught yourself actually admiring or practicing the word at one point. 

You may not have realize it but I'm sure you'll know exactly what it's all about once we talk about it more.
