Swapna Sundar is a lawyer with a degree in Political Science. After a Masters in Law from the Brussels School of International Studies, and a stint as a teaching assistant at the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK, where she supported lectures in British Constitutional Law, she returned to  Chennai to found and manage IP DOME IP Strategy Advisors, a multi-disciplinary firm working on International strategies for IP Monetisation.

In addition to several publications in newspapers and academic journals, Swapna is the author of several books and textbooks. She is currently practicing law and teaching courses relating to Law and Technology at NALSAR University, Asian College of Journalism, National Institute of Fashion Technology and is guest faculty for IPR at several institutions including VIT and Symbiosis University.
