Join us for part one of a nine part series on creative life lessons through the stages of plant growth.  This time we're starting at the beginning and looking at seeds!  We talk about the seed of creative potential in each of us and how we can help it to germinate, the importance and value of diversity to the planet,  and why our dreams and imagination are worth paying attention to.  You'll also experience a guided meditation in this episode, a practical exercise to help you start listening to the creative potential inside you (please only participate in this part of the podcast when you are in a space where it is safe to do so).  We finish off with some reflective exercises and journaling prompts for you to take away.
