We can't ever predict what people are going to say all of the time, curveballs are gonna come, hard times are going to be there, but I believe many conversations can be won in the pre-decision. I'm such a firm believer that if you pre-decide things in advance, then you're able to navigate and handle moments with much more ease then if you never even think about it until it happens.
