Marki and Bec gave up REFINED sugar on 1/27/2020; literally, that day... specifically. Marki is STILL going to church... **gasp**... and is really becoming an expert at finding her own way that makes her soul full. Bec will never be the favorite but that's OK! Marki and Bec take time to deliver a little "follow-up Epi"... touching base on some topics they have gotten some feedback on.
