One of the hands down coolest parts of hosting a podcast is asking your friends to come and talk about their business with you- and that's what I got to do this week.  My friend, Angelica, came on to chat about her apparel business, Local Lands Co.  Local Lands Co celebrates local pride- wherever you may be from. What that means is to be proud of your town, and to show tourists and visitors the way to celebrate in your space- whether that's sharing the kid-friendly hiking trails, giving directions, or supporting local businesses. She (and I) are from little mountain towns in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains in North Eastern California, and grew up hiking, swimming, and taking in some of the most beautiful views the state has to offer, and she thinks that should be celebrated. We chat about how the business started, about her family life, and where she sees Local Lands Co going.
