On this week's episode we spoke with UMFA president Janet Morrill (1:06), to briefly talk about the protest held on February 6 in regards to the selection process for finding U of M's next president. Faculty of education student Kristin Flattery, who is running unopposed to be a student representative in the faculty, spoke with us (4:46) and how she hopes to bring more Indigenous issues into the spotlight. Finally, we spoke with U of M administrator Barry Lavallee (13:29), who is set to resign on February 18, due to his concern that there is a lack of response from university administration on issues of anti-Indigenous racism.
