Steve and Dusty welcome Turner Thomas to the show to discuss Season 9, Episode 3, entitled Moxie Moron.  Carrie gets upset because one of her fellow secretaries "steals her moxie" and gets a promotion, and everything at IPS falls apart after Doug temporarily takes over the office.  The guys are not too happy with Season 9 and the fact that there are only 12 episodes.
