One of the big reasons traders find it hard to excel in this industry is because they trail and trade at the same time. While it may look easy in a smaller picture but in real sense a trader is dragging him or herself down the the hole. Trading is long term and requires enormous amounts of effort to become successful. You really have to own a super thick skin.
