What is more therapeutic than conquering inner demons like depression and anxiety? Doing so while climbing a massive mountain! In this episode, Peter and Cody share their thoughts about the beautifully composed Celeste, some of their personal experiences both with the game and their own battles with depression and anxiety, and what this game meant to them. After a tumultuous 2020, this was just the escape they both needed to ground themselves again. Lena Raine, the composer of Celeste, has crafted a masterpiece, and that is exemplified by the fact that we couldn't even trim these songs down without losing too much detail, so we left them mostly intact!
