In this episode of the Rambling Rev, Pastor Scott jumps away from the assigned gospel text of John 3:1-17 (though he references it), and explores the call of Abram (AKA Abraham) found in Genesis 12:1-4a. In this brief little passage, we find a moment of courage needed, as Abram is called to leave EVERYTHING familiar and stable and safe. The promise is that God will do a great many things. And to his credit, Abram believes it.
