Episode 017: Cannabis Energetics + Reciprocity with Eliza Stephen
Eliza loves waking just before the sun, opening her windows to fresh air, singing with the flowers, and recalling her dreams with a cup of tea. Whether swimming, dancing, or merry-making with herbs, she is dedicated to it all as a living ceremonial art.
Since she was a little girl, Eliza has been passionate about plant spirit, plant song, and integrating a reciprocal relationship between earth and humans since she was just a little girl. Her creativity is a fertile fountain of life, and she is a full-time healing mentor within the feminine arts. She weaves a wisdom of sacred union through song, plants, and water. She holds a key for remembering connection to the Divine through physiological processes of magic that exist in our bodies, cellular structure, and womb.
Eliza’s experience with cannabis began at a young age. She has traveled through many layers of the cannabis spiral, and the plant and her adore one another. She receives much bliss from making medicine and guiding a deeper connection with the plant spirit that ignites a forever kind of healing through womb consciousness.
She lives in Nederland Colorado with her cannabis healing husband Patrick, a dreamy geodesic dome greenhouse, magical saltwater Mermaid Temple, and a meadow full of 60+ wild medicinal plants.
