In today’s episode, Mike interviews members of the LEAD who came to Berlin for the International Trip portion of their coursework. The LEAD program is a 5-semester training program for vocational and volunteer leaders.

TJ Grabianowski, LEAD International Trips Director shares about the purpose of the International Trip portion of the curriculum and the hopes for the students that participate.

Students interviewed in this episode are Heidi Hoekman, Misty Johnson, Jeremy Pearson, and Nate Wagoner.
