Rosa doesn't know how to handle Charles not inviting her to his wedding, Charles has trouble being honest with any of the women in his life (which only Gina is wired to thrive on), and Jake has an important epiphany a little too late. Terry deserves a medal for herding cats half as well as he does, and maybe Andre Braugher deserved the Emmy for saying Kwazy Kupcakes in an angry voice without losing his cool.
