Did you know the opportunity to hunt the elusive 'Big Foot' could be just around the corner?  An Oklahoma Representative has filed a bill in order to request a season on Big Foot.  Hunters would only be able to trap the beast, and a $25000.00 reward for the bounty of its capture is possible.  Its hard to understand why a congress person would think this was needed, but who am I to judge?

Peregrine Falcon's are taken off the endangered list for the Missouri Department of Conservation.  The birds have made a remarkable comeback and breeding success is documented at an expedited rate.  DDT was the demise of the species over the past 60 years, but conservation partners across the nation have enabled the birds to recover beyond expectation.  

XL Pipeline?  What is it and what's the big deal?  I wasn't sure either, so we dive a little into the Tar Sands Oil industry and what it means for our environment.  Updates will be coming along the way through more episodes because I have a lot to learn too!
