Out of a lifelong interest in strength-based and multi-modal learning, in 2011, Annette Roberts joined OpenBook Learning, Inc. the parent organization for OpenBook Academy, GTD Focus, and Kairos Cognition. Annette holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration and has held positions as an organizational leader, educational leader, teacher, trainer, mentor, and entrepreneur.

Annette came to OpenBook initially as a consultant and subject matter expert in literacy and language acquisition. She brings her rich and multi-dimensional experience to Kairos Cognition in research and development, coaching and training development, and direct coaching and training.
