Join us for part two of a nine part series on creative life lessons through the stages of plant growth!  This time we are looking at how we can build strong healthy roots that support and stabilise us so that our expansive, creative energy  has a strong channel to flow through.  We talk about our internal relationship with our physical body and the role of that relationship in strengthening our root and physical presence in the world .  We also explore our root as the connection to where we come from, our ancestral line, and our existence on the planet.  And how cultivating a sense of belonging, to ourselves and to the earth helps us to use our root to support and be supported by others.
