In this episode Colleen discusses the challenges posed to visually impaired and blind users of social media networks and interactive websites. As a young adult, many of her friends communicate using social networking sites that are primarily visual, and even after using the “Help” settings Colleen still finds challenges in trying to view certain programs.

Facebook – Screen readers get confused, tagged photos don’t show up properly
