Jake McKinley is the “Director of Player Development Initiatives” for the Milwaukee Brewers and has a great story to tell. He is the definition of persistence and resilience. Not to be confused with Producer Jake…Baseball Jake literally volunteered the first 8 years of his coaching career while working for 4 different teams in three different states! He did not get his first coaching paycheck until his 29th birthday…to say he was/is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals is an understatement. We discuss all facets of baseball, some life lessons and what it takes to be successful doing whatever it is you’re passionate about.
