James Combs, PLS has been working in the land surveying industry for nearly 13 years and is currently the Geomatics Technical Service Director at Souder Miller & Associates in CO. James studied Civil Engineering Technology & Land Surveying at Murray State University in KY. He is passionate about helping to develop and grow the NSPS Young Surveyors Network.
