In this episode of The Talent Show, I look at the truth about feedback. This show, the first of a three part series, looks at the fact that podcasters, by in large, don't seek feedback. In a very brief conversation I had with a speaker at Podcast Movement, it was confirmed to me. While hosts won't seek it, and that's perfectly normal, feedback is a key to success. This show leads into the next episode about overcoming a fear of feedback.
