In this episode of the Grow2Gether podcast, we're joined by Cole Kirkpatrick who is a 23-year-old entrepreneur from Woodstock, GA. Cole is the founder and CEO of Blueland Marketing. Blueland is a full-scale digital marketing agency that helps companies brand, generate sales, and grow brand recognition. Cole is also a much-valued member of the Grow2Gether community and in this episode, we discuss how changing his mindset has changed his life.

  • When pursuing a goal or venture, most people give up after a relativity short period of time comparing to how much time they actually have in the macro. Creating something meaningful takes time, and realising we're all running our own race is key.
  • Money doesn't make people happy, doing the internal work does. Money, however, is an enabler to obtain the things we want in our lives and this isn't a bad thing.
  • The key to growing social media is to use it what it was intended for and that is to be social. Reach out to people, make connections, and be real. It seems like everyone is looking for validation online but when you are social and being real with people social media can be a great place.
  • Connecting with nature is a good way to change your mindset as you're able to reflect, see what really matters, and just be in the present moment. Get outside, take a walk, and connect with nature.
