What’s good everyone!

We’re back from hiatus and we’re talking about a set of interactions that have harmed Black Americans since we were first introduced into this country. We talk about the lasting effects that have continued to evolve in our interactions in the present-day. We identify, especially in cases like Amy Cooper’s, as well as my own run-ins with White women, how one’s “whiteness” is used as a first, AND last resort in shaping and controlling the narrative of Black interactions. We hope this episode sheds light on the reality of these situations, and helps to bring understanding and change that desperately needs to happen.
