I had the pleasure of sitting down and speaking with Mario and Dora Vera! They are a married couple from Houston, Texas that goes around and creates content at restaurants. They started food reviews back in the early 2010's and have since explored and since reviewed over 1200 places of business via  @yelp  - They have been contributing to Houstons food content for some time now. Along with this, Dora also has some insights on semaglutides whom she has just began her journey with. The Veras are some really awesome people with a cool story.
