On today’s episode we have Mr. Alecs Young on with us. Alecs grew up in a small town in Southeast Minnesota. He felt a pull inside of him that there was something bigger he had to do outside of his small town. He was obsessed with real estate from a young age and always wanted to flip houses. Fast forward to 2008 he moved to Iowa and met his wife Kari and in 2015 they moved to Texas. In 2017 hurricane Harvey hit and he felt this was his time to start flipping houses and today is doing many deals ranging from wholesaling, investing in multi-family units, commercial properties and flip houses. The end goal is financial and time freedom to live his best life with his family. He provides incredible insight into his journey and the principles behind his growth and shares the sacrifices necessary to become the success he has grown into today and is continuing to grow into.
