Some experiences divide your life into a before and an after.
For Donna Campbell, those moments came more than once. Over the course of a few years, she lost her mother, cared for her father through dementia before losing him to suicide, and later lost her son to alcoholism. Each loss changed her in ways she couldn't immediately understand.
Rather than staying there, she slowly began rebuilding. What emerged wasn't just healing, but a different way of seeing people, relationships, and her place in the world.
