The Yarn Story Collection Book : A Year in Yarn

The time is finally here to make the official announcement about the Yarn Story Collection book!

In 2016 we embarked on one of our most ambitious projects yet: The Yarn Story Collection. We partnered with some of our favorite dyers to create custom, one of a kind, super special, get them while they last colorways. Each month we released a different custom colorway that resulted from these collaborations. You can view them all here.

In our upcoming ebook, we showcase the stories of these 12 yarn purveyors. You’ll read their stories and find out how they got started in the yarn business. They share the scoop behind why they do what they do, the challenges of owning a business, and who they most trust to tell them the truth when things get sticky. We also get a little silly and talk fantasy animal mash-ups, tattoos, and more!

The new Yarn Story Collection book also contains some all-new content, stunning full-color photos, and more peeks behind the scenes of the project.

In addition to the ebook, we will re-release a limited quantity of some of our favorite yarns from the collection.  We’ve paired them with some patterns that worked so well with these yarns.  These limited-edition kits will only be available in our Corvallis shop & online.

The Yarn Story Collection book and kits will be released on Monday, May 15th 2017.
