Continuing the second part of our discussion across the counter of 6 common challenges facing leaders around the world according to a study conducted by the Center for Creative Leadership. Last episode (028), I discussed developing managerial effectiveness, and this episode is focused on inspiring others and developing employees. I point to Gallup's and Marcus Buckingham's work on engagement to steward these leadership challenges. Their research is seminal when measuring employment engagement.
